the service from dinuka and hassine at the beach was excellent and always included a smile. towels and sunbeds were always available. It really added to the experience.
the room seemed small, like a 3-star hotel. it was disappointing and felt a bit shabby, not what i expected though the location was perfect!

The hotel had a well-equipped gym with treadmills and stationary bikes. I enjoyed the large pool area with many loungers. The breakfast buffet offered many fresh options daily. The hotel is close to the metro station, a big plus.

the room was acceptable. it had good air conditioning.
the service was not good at the beach. i arrived around 4pm and there was not an open chair available. other guests leave their towels for the day to claim their spot. i understand that this may not be the hotel's fault, but they could discourage this practice.
